HR and ADMIN MANAGER

Edusuite is in need of an HR and Administration Manager to lead, plan and oversee all HR and Admin processes such as but not limited to: recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, as well as some financial and administrative functions in the organization. The HR and Admin Manager will be a key member in driving the culture of the company.

 

Post is currently a work-from-home position. However, as things ease back to normal, it will become a hybrid position with mostly remote work but with occasional meetings held in our main office in Alabang. Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of working experience as an HR and Admin Manager

  • Strong understanding of Recruitment, Organization and Culture Development, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, and General HR.

  • Ability to propose and develop HR strategies to support the overall business goals

  • Preferably has experience in HRIS / PMS implementation

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • A self-starter. Has the ability to set tasks for your team and yourself based on higher-level directives and objectives

  • Excellent attention to detail

Job Responsibilities

  • Works with department leads on resource planning and needs. Oversees the end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Manages the onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Spearheads performance management reviews and report consolidation. Ensures all reviews are completed correctly and as scheduled.

  • Oversees benefits management: Payroll, government-mandated benefits, salary package and benefits benchmarking

  • Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations. Ensures policies and practices implemented are relevant and up-to-date.

  • Leads the employee discipline process and provides counseling as needed.

  • Oversees all employee engagement activities and company-wide annual celebrations

  • Prepares the annual budget and maintains a month-on-month budget report

  • Oversees other admin tasks: Annual permits and licenses renewal, tax reporting, office administration, supplies inventory, and weekly disbursements/expense reports.
