Busy Office


Edusuite is looking for a skilled Recruitment Officer who will focus on Recruitment. He/she will also provide some support in the various HR and Admin functions, which include training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling. 

Post is currently a work-from-home position. However, as things ease back to normal, it will become a hybrid position with mostly remote work but with occassional meetings held in our main office in Alabang.   • At least 3 years working experience as an HR, focused on Recruitment. Technical recruitment experience is an advantage.

  • Preferably has experience in HRIS, ATS, and multiple recruitment platforms.

  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.

  • Pro-active and can work independently

  • Excellent written English communication skills

  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Implements and manages the Talent Acquisition strategy of the organization. Prepares plans for future hiring needs and goals.

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.

  • Works with all departments in planning and implementing training and development programs.

  • Assists in performance management and evaluations.

  • Provides counseling and support on company policies and procedures.

  • Participates in developing employee engagement programs.

  • Performs other HR-related duties as assigned.
