RECRUITMENT OFFICER

The Recruitment Officer assumes the role of leading the whole Recruitment process of Edusuite. The Recruitment Officer will also be a key member in driving the culture of the company.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of working experience in HR, focused on Recruitment. Technical recruitment experience is an advantage.

  • Preferably has experience in HRIS, ATS, and multiple recruitment platforms.

  • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.

  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies

  • Excellent written English communication skills

  • Pro-active and can work independently

  • Should maintain professionalism and be presentable

  • Discretion with confidential information 

  • Great attention to detail

  • Creative and a great problem solver

  • Proficient in Office Software (Excel, Google Docs, etc) and Equipment

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine manpower requirements

  • Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies

  • Prescreen applicants to determine their culture fit with the company

  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

  • Conducting reference checks on candidates to ensure that they have good work ethics and experience for the job

  • Ensure all pertinent documents and records are updated and well-maintained

  • Managing internship programs.

  • Assist in other HR processes in the areas of policy implementation, employee engagement, and personnel administration and services.
