HR/ADMIN INTERN

The HR/Admin Intern assumes the role of assisting the Human Resources and Admin/Finance team, which involves the end-to-end Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Admin, and Finance of Edusuite.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

  • A college student enrolled in any Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, and Finance course

  • A compassionate and collaborative individual

  • Has great communication and interpersonal skills; has an approachable personality

  • A good problem solver

  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using Google suite products

  • Willing to work onsite (Alabang, Muntinlupa), if needed

  • Minimum required number of hours must be 300 hours

Recruitment

  • Participate in the recruitment process:

    • Sourcing and selecting potential candidates for urgent roles

    • Updating and monitoring the Recruitment Masterlist

  • Send follow-up emails/texts to candidates regarding their application

  • Properly organize and update documents in the recruitment folders

  • Assists in other recruitment-related tasks as needed

 

Employee Engagement

  • Assists in creating and facilitating employee engagement activities

  • Send announcements and reminders regarding the engagement activities

 

Admin/Finance/Others

  • Assists in office administration and finance tasks as needed
