Admissions Interview Management
First in the agenda is the introduction of Admission’s newest feature, Interview Management. With this feature, admissions officers are empowered to manage interview schedules, bridge communication gaps with applicants, and create a seamless interview process for both the admissions team and student applicants.
Electives and Automated Grade Computation in Uni
Another highlight of the event was the unveiling of the latest additions to Uni's comprehensive list of features, Automatic Grade Computation and Electives, sparking a palpable buzz of excitement among school administrators. With Electives, schools can now manage special courses included in college programs, and students can now choose the electives they want to enlist in.
In addition, our Automatic Grade Computation, previously present only in Edusuite K12, is now in Uni.
Mobile App Updates
And last but certainly not least among the new features and updates is the upcoming release of the K12 Mobile App for Faculty and Guardian users. This user-friendly app, seamlessly integrated with Edusuite's platform, promises easy access to enrollment, payment, basic information, and academic progress tracking — all conveniently available from the palm of your hand, no matter where you are. Additionally, the UNI Mobile app is now accessible for iOS users, further expanding its reach and accessibility. Stay tuned as we announce how we can download them from iTunes and Google Play.
Partnership with Odoo
Edusuite also made a significant announcement regarding its integration with Odoo, a suite of open-source ERP apps. Jack Biteng, COO of Top C, a reseller partner for Odoo, led the presentation of Odoo by showcasing its comprehensive HR and Accounting features and functionalities. This strategic collaboration will see the integration of Odoo's HR, and Accounting features into Edusuite's platform and aims to offer schools a comprehensive solution for managing their administrative, HR, and financial operations, thereby streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
The event concluded with a networking session, allowing attendees to connect, share insights, and build valuable relationships within the education community. Attendees had the opportunity to interact directly with the Edusuite team, providing feedback and expressing their thoughts on the newly introduced features and partnerships.
