Here are some Edusuite features that can make your life and your students’ lives easier.
Online Enlistment and Enrollment
Edusuite’s online enlistment allows your students to complete their enlistment process anywhere. Students are able to enlist in their classes, view their assessment, and verify it. Students will be able to check if they have pending clearance items from the school. Edusuite also has an auto-advising feature that will assist irregular students on what subjects to take by matching their curriculum, the available classes for the next term, and the number of maximum units allowed per student.
This feature makes the process of enlisting hundreds of students easier, while lessening possible errors and adjustments from the school’s administrators.
Paying Online
A good online enlistment and enrollment system should go hand in hand with a good online payment gateway. Edusuite has partnered with Dragonpay in order to give students various ways to pay their tuition. Students have the option of paying through Gcash, through online banking such as BPI, or over-the-counter in banks and payment centers such as 7-11.
Students no longer have to fall in line at the cashier's office during enrollment season. And cashiers will simply monitor the transactions coming in. This frees up more time to do their other duties. By bringing payment online, time and effort is saved for both parties.
Viewing Payment History
This added feature allows students and parents a convenient way to track their payment history. Through their personal Edusuite portal, they can monitor the amount they previously paid as well as any upcoming dues they need to settle.
Viewing Grades
Traditionally, grades are given by educators through face-to-face meeting, which is typically a time-consuming process. With Edusuite, viewing of grades can be done anytime and anywhere. Educators can instead focus their time on what they do best, mentoring and educating their students.
