SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT

The Solutions Consultant's main role is to provide pre-sales support such as client demos, consultations, onboarding, and training to get clients live. They provide after-sales support to clients who have issues or questions related to our solution so they have a great customer experience.

 

This may involve troubleshooting, debugging, testing, configuring, updating, or documenting the product.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience in Solutions Consulting, Project Management, Quality Assurance, or similar roles.

  • Good people skills and stress-management skills, to manage both the expectations and the complaints of clients.

  • Bonus points for:

    • Experience in Quality Assurance​ or Business Analysis

    • Knowledge in Database & system administration

  • Recommendations from your past Clients and Superiors​

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in acquiring clients for Edusuite through product demos and pre-sales activities. Manage product deployment and implementation for clients and resellers, including configuration, training, and support. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements. Apply project management best practices.

  • Provide training and guidance to optimize product usage. 

  • Liaise between clients and Development team to address requirements and requests. Support ongoing client satisfaction and contract renewals. 

  • Role responsibilities may evolve over time.
