Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the acquisition of clients for Edusuite including doing product demos (online and onsite) and any other pre-sales requirements

• Manage the deployment and implementation of our product to assigned clients and resellers, inclusive of configuration, training of users, handling complaints, data migration, and data entry. This may require onsite support to clients being onboarded. 

• To work with different types of clients, such as end-users, business owners, managers, resellers, staff, depending on the nature and complexity of the project. Work with the stakeholders to understand project implementation objectives and requirements.

• To apply project management best practices. 

• To deliver training, guidance, or best practices to clients on how to use the product optimally.

• Collaborates with the Development team by defining and documenting customer requirements and requests communicates goals between the clients and the development team involved in the project.

• Works cross-functionally with the Development and customer experience teams in understanding customer demands and pain points to be translated into actionable outcomes

• Provide ongoing support by working with the customer experience team in measuring user experience and satisfaction. These include conducting meetings (online and onsite) with clients to assess their satisfaction, product utilization, gather feedback, and address any issues or challenges they may be facing.

• Work with the business development team on the continued contract renewals with Edusuite.
