Edusuite Announces Key Partnership With Dragonpay
Updated: Apr 7
AI-driven school management system provider Edusuite partners with the Philippine pioneer in digital payment, Dragonpay. Dragonpay is an online payment system that provides alternative online and offline payment modes through a secure digital platform. This includes over-the-counter banking; over-the-counter non-banks such as LBC, SM Payment Counters, M. Lhuillier among many others; through online banking; and e-wallets such as PayPay and GCash.
Through this partnership, parents and students of Edusuite’s partner schools can conveniently choose from Dragonpay’s extensive list of payment modes to settle their balances without needing to go to the school. Schools administrators can automatically track payments, allowing for a faster, more secure and streamlined payment process.
“Teaming up with Dragonpay enables us to achieve our objective of providing our partner schools a fully online and automated enrollment process ”, says Niel Dagondon, co-founder of Edusuite. “We believe that with major disruptions such as Covid-19, being able to enroll from the convenience of your own home is now more important than ever. A partnership with Dragonpay is really exciting for us because first, it reduces payment processing time and makes it more secure for schools; more importantly, it is very convenient for students and parents as they no longer need to go to the school just to line up and settle their tuition fees.”
Dragonpay is an alternative online payment provider that enables its partner merchants to accept payments through local banks and other physical outlets such as convenience stores, supermarkets, payment, and remittance centers. Its mission is to provide a more secure and easily available e-commerce payment channel for the Philippine market.
