More Than 100,000 Students Now Enrolled Through Edusuite
More than 100,000 students are now enrolled at Philippine schools running Edusuite’s school management system. As of today, that covers more than K-12 schools, colleges and universities from NCR to Region XI.|
Each of those students went through an enrollment week most registrars know well: the queue at the counter, the folders missing requirements, the class schedule that has to fit before the first day, and the finance office waiting on a final count. A school management system earns its place in that week, and every student in this count went through it on Edusuite.
What the number counts
For school leaders weighing a system, the count answers a practical question: has the platform carried real schools through the weeks that matter most?
Each student in the count was enrolled, scheduled, graded and billed by staff at a partner school, on one platform.
That work runs on Edusuite K12 for kindergarten through senior high, and on Edusuite UNI for colleges, universities and technical-vocational institutions. Schools that also use Edusuite Admissions send applicants straight into enrollment. All of it runs on a single codebase, so a student’s record moves from enrollment to grading and finance without anyone keying it in twice.
Built with the schools that use it
Edusuite was founded in 2017 and is backed by DOST. Our first partner school came on board in July 2018: CIIT College of Arts and Technology, who are still with us. Three more followed in 2019. Much of what the platform does today began as a partner school telling us where the work got stuck. CIIT’s registrar’s office is one example: check their story here.
