School Form 6 Summarized Report on Promotion and Learning Progress (SF6)
We are excited to announce the availability of DepEd School Form 6 (SF6) in Edusuite, also known as the Summarized Report on Promotion and Learning Progress & Achievement. This report summarizes learners' performance and promotion status at the end of the school year, based on the data from SF5 for Grades 1 to 12.
Schools can now generate Summarized Promotion Reports (SF6) through Edusuite's platform by navigating to the Student Reports section of the Reports module. With customizable filters like School Year and Section, schools can easily download accurate reports that provide a clear view of their students’ progress.
School Form 7 School Personnel Assignment List and Basic Profile (SF7)
Keeping track of faculty and their teaching responsibilities has never been easier. Edusuite can now generate DepEd School Form 7 (SF7), which provides a detailed list of faculty members alongside their basic profiles and teaching assignments. This feature allows administrators to have a complete overview of school personnel and their roles.
Generate Employee Assignment Reports (SF7) by accessing the Faculty Reports section of the Reports Module. Fully customizable by School Year, the SF7 report is a powerful tool for effective faculty management and detailed tracking of staff assignments.
School Form 5 Report on Promotion & Level of Proficiency for Kinder (SF5-K)
Edusuite now offers schools the ability to generate DepEd School Form 5 (SF5-K) reports for kindergarten students. This report, also known as the Report on Promotion and Level of Proficiency for Kinder, serves as a counterpart to the SF5 form used in Grades 1 to 10 under the K to 12 Basic Curriculum. The SF5-K provides insights into the promotion and proficiency levels of kindergarten students, helping schools track and document progress.
Schools can easily generate the Kinder Promotion Report (SF5-K) per section through the Student Reports section in the Reports module. By applying the necessary filters like School Year and Section, schools can quickly download the required XLS file for streamlined reporting and efficient data management.
Updated Clearances in the Task Panel
Edusuite is making clearance tracking simpler for the guardians. Clearance tasks assigned to students will now appear on the Task List, visible on the right side of the screen under the guardian's account. Each task will display its current status, categorized into three stages:
Pending: Uncompleted tasks with a hollow circle icon.
For Verification: Tasks pending review by the assigned reviewer, represented by a blue clock icon.
Done: Completed tasks, marked by a check and crossed-out details.
