Key Features for Edusuite University

Credit Card Payments via UnionBank

Students can now pay by credit card through UnionBank, alongside our existing Dragonpay integration. Using this payment option requires a direct merchant agreement between your school and Unionbank. Once configured, you can choose to pass a fixed Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) and transaction fees to the student while tracking every payment directly in your existing Online Payments Dashboard.

Multi-term Planning & Enrollment

You can now open, plan, and allow advanced enrollment for multiple future terms at the same time, even while your current term is still running. Designed for schools that need to plan further ahead, this new feature gives each open term its own independent settings for planning, intent-to-enroll and intent-to-teach, class demands, schedules, and enlistments. This gives you full flexibility to configure the upcoming terms without interfering with active operations.

Lock in Schedules & Reforecast Class Demand

Built to support multi-term enrollment, new class demand features let you carry completed schedules back into your overall class demand and recalculate forecasts for upcoming student groups.

  • Copy Schedules Back to Class Demand: If you plan to run enrollment in stages, such as finalizing schedules for incoming freshmen first, you can now push those completed sections back into the class demand. Those sections carry over into your updated class demand automatically, ensuring they are not altered or accidentally deleted.

  • Re-forecast Class Demand: Once your initial schedules are locked, you can now trigger a re-forecast to capture the requirements of your upperclassmen. This factors in block section requirements, intent-to-enroll answers, and updated student grades. This ensures subject requirements for continuing and irregular students are mapped with the most accuracy.

Other Features

  • CHED reports by region — the Enrollment List Report now generates in your region's format with NCR and Region XI available. CHED Form 9 is also in progress.

  • Manually create Outstanding Balance Hold Orders — these used to be tied to opening a schedule. Now you can generate them for a selected term from the payment settings anytime.

  • Year level filters on payment schemes and tuition plans — show a payment option only to the year levels it applies to.

  • Course lists are now sorted alphabetically.

Student Grades Upload

Bulk-import grades via a standardised Excel template (Settings > School Settings > Grades Upload) instead of keying them in one by one.The file is automatically checked while uploading and any errors will be flagged. Uploads are logged in the audit trail, and the grades consolidate with manually entered ones on the transcript of records.

Student Withdrawal

This formally marks a student withdrawn and is term-specific: grades before the withdrawal term are kept, grades from that term onward are permanently deleted. Set from Enrollment > Enlistment. This cannot be undone so make sure to double-check the student and term first.

Grade Averages in the Student Profile

Subject, term, and general averages can now show directly on the student profile grades page. This feature is switched off by default and you can enable it under Planning > Grading Setup > Settings > Student Profile Grades, with controls for rounding, decimals, and average basis.

Term Enrollment

You can now enrol students per term rather than for the whole year and how often students enrol is set separately from how often they're graded. Fees, payment options and supplies follow the right term automatically. Enrollment terms (how often students sign up) are independent of academic terms (grading periods) set under Planning > School Year Setup > Academic Terms. Flows through to finance automatically. Settings lock once enrollment begins, so configure and review finance/report templates first.

Revamped Guardian Portal

There is now one homepage with announcements, enrollment status, and balances for every child under a guardian's account, with Profile, Grades, and Payments tabs. Enrollment is now a guided multi-step flow ending in a clear payment timeline. All logins now redirect to the new portal.

Other Features

  • Field groups limited by grade level — only ask guardians for information relevant to their child's level.

  • Finance reports generate in the background.

  • Search for a clearance assignee — by name or student number.

Field Mapping

All field mappings for an admission now live in one side panel instead of requiring you to open each field individually. Previously, when you move an applicant into the main student system, each admission field must also be updated one at a time. Now they're all on one screen.

Archiving Old Admissions

Archiving an ended admission hides it and its applicants from both the Admin and Applicant Portals. Instead of thousands of stale applicant records in every list, filter, and search, you can now filter to only search the current cohort. Once archived, you also have the option to restore old admissions if you need to return them to your portals.

Extract Applicant Data for Multiple Admissions

One report across several admissions instead of exporting each separately and merging in Excel. This saves you the manual work and also allows you to crosscheck and compare admissions. However, this feature is currently limited to generic fields only and admission-specific custom fields still need individual exports.
