Reservation Fees, Chatbot Integration, and Support for Foreign Mobile Numbers: New in Edusuite Admissions



Following our successful integration of online payments, we are continuing to refine the Edusuite Admissions experience. For the first quarter of 2026, we’ve focused on giving school administrators more financial control with Reservation Fees, improving support through an integrated Chatbot, and expanding our reach to international applicants.


Here are the major highlights from our January to March 2026 releases:



1. Flexible Reservation Fees Management


To help schools secure enrollments more effectively, we’ve introduced a dedicated Reservation Fees feature. Administrators can now manage these fees per admission cycle with ease.


  • Toggle Control: Choose whether to require a reservation fee during the confirmation step.

  • Module Integration: Select specific reservation fees via a multi-select dropdown, directly synced from the Fees module.

  • Applicant Transparency: Applicants will see the required Reservation Fee once they reach the confirmation stage of their enrollment.


2. Instant Support via Edusuite Chatbot


We’ve made it easier for both applicants and administrators to get answers to their system-related questions. Our new Chatbot provides instant guidance throughout the portal.

  • Chat Bubble: Always accessible, even on login, signup, and recommendation forms.

  • iFrame Support: For more detailed assistance, a dedicated support iFrame is now grouped under the Support section for a more comprehensive help experience.



3. Support for Foreign Mobile Numbers

Edusuite is now more accessible to international students. We have updated our registration modules to accept foreign mobile numbers, ensuring a smooth signup process for applicants from across the globe. This update applies to:

  • Initial Registration

  • User Setup

  • Recommendation Form Nominations



4. Enhanced Data Visibility & Audit Trails

We believe in transparency and data-driven decisions. Several enhancements have been made to help admins track every step of the applicant journey:

  • Advanced Search: Custom Applicant Numbers are now displayed and fully searchable in the Admin Portal.

  • Detailed Audit Trails: We’ve added tracking for Exam/Interview scheduling and rescheduling, as well as logs for when Applicant Data reports are generated.

  • Optimized Reporting: To handle high volumes of data, Applicant Data Reports are now generated in parts (1,000 rows each), preventing system timeouts and ensuring faster downloads.



5. Smarter Payment & Registration Workflows


We’ve added several features to give finance and admissions teams more flexibility:

  • Payment Exemptions: Administrators can now exempt specific applicants from the payment step via the Bulk Update module.

  • Payment Setup Control: Admins can now toggle between "Upload Proof of Payment" and "Online Payment via Xendit" to suit their school's specific needs.


  • Better Navigation: The "Back" button in the View Registration Data section now retains your current page number—no more scrolling back from page one!



Other Notable Enhancements

  • Exam Status Filters: Added an "Inactive" status to help clean up your scheduling views.

  • Security Hardening: We’ve resolved critical vulnerabilities including XSS, Text Injection, and Session management to ensure your institution’s data remains secure.

  • Bug Fixes: We’ve squashed bugs related to recommendation form counts, interview marking issues, and special character handling in file uploads.
