Administrative Efficiency and Portal Enhancements: New K-12 Features

The latter half of 2025 has been a landmark period for the K-12 platform, marked by a series of updates designed to put more power in the hands of administrators and more convenience at the fingertips of guardians.

From robust reporting tools to enhanced academic calendar controls, these updates reflect our commitment to a seamless, data-driven campus.

Empowering Administrators with Precision Reporting

Data is only as good as its accessibility. Between July and December 2025, we introduced several key reporting features to help school leaders track financial and academic health in real-time.

Online Payments Dashboard Report 

Managing school finances requires meticulous record-keeping. Administrators can now download data directly from the Finance > Online Payments Dashboard as an XLS report. This feature includes filters for school year, status, and receipt number, ensuring that the data you need is always organized and audit-ready.

Subject Tagging Report 

To better track student specializations, we launched the Subject Tagging Report. School admins can now generate a summary of all students and their elective enlistments for a selected school term, providing a clear bird’s-eye view of enrollment trends.

Class List Downloadable Report 

In July, we added the ability for administrators to generate and download multi-sheet XLS class lists. These reports provide essential data including adviser name, room assignment, student gender, and enrollment status.

Dynamic Academic Calendar Control

Flexibility is essential for handling unforeseen calendar changes. Our new Academic Terms Configuration allows administrators to set precise start and end dates for each term via the School Year Setup.

With the new date picker, schools have total control over their academic timeline. To maintain data integrity, the system includes built-in protections that prevent changes to terms once students are already enrolled or enlisted.

Enhanced Grading & Financial Automation

We continue to refine the "core" of the Edusuite experience – the score sheets and the ledgers.

• Numeric Score Uploads : Faculty can now download dynamic templates pre-populated with their class lists to encode scores for various assessment tools offline and upload them in bulk.

• OR/AR Number Generator: To reduce manual errors in finance, we’ve implemented an automated generator for Official Receipt (OR) and Acknowledgment Receipt (AR) numbers.

• Online Payment for Other Fees: Guardians can now pay miscellaneous "Other Fees" online via Dragonpay, streamlining the settlement of non-tuition accounts.

• Student Profile Grades Settings: Schools now have the flexibility to configure rounding modes and decimal places for grades displayed in the Student Profile, independent of the report card.
