Edusuite at the 36th Annual Convention of the University, College, and School Registrars Association (UCSRA)

Last March 18-19, 2026, Edusuite hosted a distinguished group of School Leadership at the AWS Philippines office in the Arthaland Century Pacific Tower, BGC. This premier two-day summit welcomed over 120 attendees, including School Administrators, Directors, Registrars, and IT Heads from more than 30 institutions nationwide.

The event was designed to help these decision-makers move from vision to execution by combining strategic roadmaps with peer-led insights. Attendees joined to build professional connections, gain a first-look at the future of Edusuite, and participate in intensive training tracks and hands-on support.

Day 1: Strategic Vision & Peer Insights

The program was officially opened by Niel Dagondon, Edusuite CEO, and hosted by Nikki Villaluna, Chief Growth Officer. Day 1 centered on high-level strategy and major product announcements.

A key highlight was the unveiling by our Product Leads of the latest feature releases for Edusuite K12, UNI, and Admissions. Most notably, the team officially launched Edusuite WatchTower, a new product for Centralized Monitoring and Analytics designed to provide school leadership with real-time, data-driven insights across their entire institution.



The day featured three expert peer speakers from the Edusuite community:

  • Mr. Ginard Guaki (CIT Dean, King’s College of the Philippines - Benguet) on streamlined operations through an IT Director’s "Single Source of Truth."

  • Dir. Wijawati H. Rainu-Wong (Director for Academic Support Excellence, Joji Ilagan International Schools) on student-centric registrar strategies.

  • Mr. Sherwin O (President, CIIT College of Arts and Technology) on gaining an efficiency edge in school management.




Day 2: Technical Mastery & Deep-Dive Training


Day 2 shifted from vision to hands-on application. School leadership and their technical teams participated in deep-dive training sessions and interactive Q&As for the Edusuite K12, UNI, and Admissions platforms.


There was also a dedicated session for the newly launched Edusuite WatchTower, where School Administrators, IT Directors, Registrars, and other School Leadership learned to harness the power of its analytics engine. These sessions provided a space for users to engage directly with the product team to optimize their institutional workflows.
