Alabang, Sept 2019: Edusuite, an AI-powered School Management Systems recently inked a partnership with King’s College of the Philippines in La Trinidad, Benguet expanding its portfolio to 8 clients since its commercial release on September 2018.
“We have been using a particular school management system for nine years but it didn’t fulfill or capture most of the functionality and features we wanted,” shared Project Manager Ginard Guaki who is in charge of implementing Edusuite at King’s College of the Philippines. The system (Edusuite) was built on a school administrator’s point of view and it takes school management to a whole new level, with the core features being designed to adapt to the fast-changing needs of the institution,”
Founded in 2017, Edusuite is the first School Management System to utilize advances in artificial intelligence to transform academic delivery and increase the operational efficiency of schools. For example, the system helps school administrators by predicting the demand for each subject the school will offer in the following term and advising students on what subjects they need to take, allowing the school to cut down the planning process and focus on student success. Edusuite’s Student Information System allows for a centralized location for Student Data, seamless communication, and a streamlined enrollment and admissions process. The entry of Edusuite’s digitalization is very timely as the college continues to expand its programs and add more infrastructures while gearing up for more enrollees in the coming academic years.
